Guide to delete your account and personal data from CauCaVN
Deleting your account is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted, including:
For security purposes, you need to delete your account directly in the app:
Make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete
Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
Scroll down to the Account section and select "Delete Account"
Read the warning and confirm that you want to delete your account
Note: Your account will be disabled immediately and you have 30 days to recover before permanent deletion.

We will process your request within 7-14 business days.
Some data may remain in cache or temporary backups and will be deleted in the next maintenance cycle (max 30 days).

Yes, you can recover your account within 30 days by contacting us via email. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Yes. All personal data will be deleted from Firebase and VNG Cloud Storage within 30 days.
After your account is completely deleted, you can register again using the same email address.
